Attorney-at-law (radca prawny), doctor of laws, LL.M. of Universität Regensburg. He leads the Industry practice from Warsaw, handling matters for clients across Poland — in English, German and Polish.

He chairs the Working Team on Public Procurement at the Polish SME Ombudsman and formerly served on the European Commission's Expert Group on Public Procurement. He has advised the Commission, national governments and organisations — on disputes, development projects and legislation. That experience carries into practice: he understands how the regulator thinks before the regulator decides.

A graduate of the European Doctoral College (Jagiellonian University · University of Mainz · Heidelberg University) and author of publications on public procurement and public-private partnerships, he combines academic rigour with commercial practice — in matters where the outcome turns on the legal argument and the economic analysis alike.
